Local streetwear label Atelier New Regime has teamed up with Off the Hook to deliver an all-velour springtime capsule collection including a T-shirt, shorts and cap,  launching tonight with a pop-up shop at the downtown boutique. 1021 Ste-Catherine W., 6–9 p.m., free
