The Conspiration Psychédélique Montréal presents the Distortion festival, a four-day music festival (with shows at Matahari Loft and l’Escogriffe) that picks up where Montreal Psychfest left off. The fest begins with Happymovie, Pawa Up First and Atsuko Chiba, with a late-night screening of Adam Green’s Aladdin (a Canadian premiere, presented in conjunction with Festival du Nouveau Cinéma — see the trailer here). 1673 Mont-Royal E., 9 p.m., $10 ($20 for festival pass)
