Go to the beach! Yes, Jean Doré Beach is easily accessible and fairly affordable strip of sand and large, large body of clean and very cold water on Île Notre-Dame, just beyond the Casino. The Just for Laughs festival doesn’t even technically begin until Thursday, but tonight The Ethnic Show begins a 19-show run at Club Soda (through July 28) with new host Rachid Badouri. Joining the Laval-born Moroccan will be a crew of U.S. comics skewering the American experience of their respective people: Nigerians, Greeks, Italians, Puerto Ricans and Jews.
