NDG’s Hip Hop You Don’t Stop festival is linking up with A’Shop and hosting an all-day Graffiti Jam that will see a dozen local graff artists like Ankh One, Fonki, Fleo, Miss Teri, Rouks, Five8, Astro and more painting a 4,000 square foot wall along the de Maisonneuve bike path, plus art workshops for kids, snacks and tunes from DJ Manifest. 2161 Melrose, 10 a.m.–8 p.m., free

Animal lovers take note: a group of over 40 local artists including Jason Botkin, Cryote, Miss Meows, Naïmo, Starchild Stela, Waxhead, Shauna Eve and lots more are raising funds for dogs in need with the Pit Bull Art Show which opens with a vernissage tonight at the MainLine Gallery. Cult filmmaker John Waters comes to POP Montreal with his hilarious anecdotal comedy show This Filthy World. (Film POP and Glam Gam Productions are celebrating Waters’ presence in town with a screening of Multiple Maniacs and a burlesque show called Odorama, paying tribute to the director’s crew of movie misfits.) South African stand-up comic Trevor Noah returns to Montreal for the first time since he took over from Jon Stewart as host of The Daily Show. See him at Théâtre St-Denis. 1594 St-Denis, 8 p.m., $45.50–$65.50

Head to Théâtre Sainte Catherine for “Til Dep Do Us Part,” the final episode of Dépflies, the hilarious, bilingual serial theatrical comedy starring Alain Mercieca, Sandi Armstrong, Lise Vigneault, Chris Sandiford and more as a group of Saint-Henri dwellers trying to save their local dépanneur from gentrification. 264 Ste-Catherine E, 8 p.m., $12, continues to Sept. 30

Tonight’s late-night POP Montreal show is a Cult MTL co-presentation, featuring U.S. rapper/producers DRAM and Uniiq3, Nigerian viral star Princess Vitarah and a certain DJ Windows 98. Rialto (5723 Parc), 11 p.m., $20
